Role: My role involved spearheading the development of a mobile-first, best-in-class email system for CRM purposes, targeting both existing patients and potential new patients. This initiative aimed to enhance patient engagement and retention through compelling email content delivered in a visually appealing and user-friendly format.

Tools/Technologies Used: We employed a structured approach to this project, starting with creating modular email templates. These templates allowed for flexibility and variation in visual layout while maintaining consistency across communications. Additionally, we focused on developing a unique tone and voice for headlines and body copy, ensuring that the messaging resonated with the target audience. Bright and vibrant imagery was carefully selected to complement the content and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the emails.

Outcomes/Metrics: The success of the email system was evaluated based on various metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement levels. By implementing a mobile-first design and employing a cohesive tone and imagery strategy, we aimed to improve the effectiveness of CRM emails in driving patient engagement and ultimately contributing to the growth and retention of Motto's customer base.
